Comparing one unrelated stock to predict the price movement of another is fool hardy,
For one could say this move from low 2s to 4 could be the same type of move RAP or SAS went on both stocks over 20c now
So which perceived scenario do you apply?
THD as a business is nothing like the business of EPT , so valuation , product, need of the product and the potential market size are all unrelated
