I enjoyed reading your post. But if you have decided you want in, just buy. If you plan to be a long term investor or benefit from a T/O it wont make much difference if you pay 18c or 20c.
Would hate to see you miss out if a T/H is called. I speak from experience have been in the same position and lost the opportunity.
