Wrong. Epichem (and Pharmaust) was formed when the previous CEO Wayne Best started it with Bryant Mclarty and a few other directors through an RTO of a shell. There was also Pharmaust manufacturing (that ran at a loss and was shut down) and I think a company called Commonwealth Biotechnologies (or something along those lines). Pitney came along like a decade later.
