If the SP was 10c or $1 and very time it went up by 0.1 or 1 cent, then someone sold tiny amount at 10c or $1, would you still call that a joke? I bet you would not be as concerned. Why? Because you would be happy with the SP fundamentally (i.e., with fundamentals of the company). Yes, when fundamentals are right, market manipulation does not find breathing ground.

It is management't responsibility, specially in this stock, to ensure stability by stable performance and communication. So, the joke is on the management not on those taking advantage of the stock providing them play ground to manipulate.
