Agreed.
There's not even one cornerstone investor on the register from what I can gather. At least MAG were able to bring FMG on with 19% ownership.
These guys basically gave Cobar away to HLX who are now in a stoush with an investor who wants a board on the seat due to the current management's complete incompetence.
