Still a shit deal. EPN gives up its plant to Valens essentially. Gets a non material commission on Valens sales. Can still utilise the plant for 15% capacity but then pays Valens a fee for the privilege.
so essentially EPNs prospects extremely curtailed and they essentially have access to a manufacturing plant for a fee if they can find any customers.
Since they had no customers when they had 100% of the plant capacity and access to all the margin things are only worse now with less capacity and less margin.
all it does is delay a bankruptcy as their fixed costs go down. However they still have no one who works there with any idea of what they should be doing.
some one needs to tell Jarrod you can’t save your way to success.
