Fair enough, but the announcement doesn't mention in any form, not even hint that Epsilon will be paid fees of any sort for any contract manufacturing. You'd think with the 4 page or so Ann that if fees were involved it would be worthy of a mention.

Even now seems EPN will be paying Valens for consultancy fees.....what of the current Southport staff, are EPN still paying them & now paying extra consultancy fees....yet with zero mention of incoming fees / funds from this deal.
