Not an expert but sounds like
1. For Valen products sold (inNZ/Aus?), THC get royalty of 2.5 -4% of sales revenue
plus
2. For THC products sold, THC get sales revenue less management fee of costs +25%. So whatever the market up is above 25%...
plus
no more cost for operation and capital expenditures for five years.
