I think a lot are underestimating the significance of these partnerships - we now have stability, throughput at the facility, globally leading partners and expertise in both Valens and Cannvalate - which will further open up other BD opportunities no doubt, we have 3 new Novel Cannabinoid products, with clinical potential and pathway to S3 potential, which we did not have before, capital and operational expenditure is now shelved off to Valens and a new significant shareholder in Cannvalate who are now incentivised to increase shareholder value. This could not be a better deal....
