it has value only in that the alternative was liquidation. The value of the IP is probably zero. Pathway to schedule 3 is nonsense. The pathway is open to anyone with the millions to invest in a clinical trial programme to build a dossier for TGA approval. That isn’t Epsilon who doesn’t have any money and won’t because they’ve leased out the only asset they had of value.
