I don't know where you get $200 from. Their annual numbers for 2020 were $83m and of that only $54 was product sales. So far this year they have sold $39M for the first 1/2. Work out 2.5-4% of any of those numbers and you can see there is nothing in it for Epsilon that is going to drive shareholder value. There is no indication that the Southport plant is going to be used for EU but it might. The MOU (yes there isn't even an executed definitive agreement) says Valens must use Southport for AU and NZ. It is extremely difficult for AU product to get into NZ and of course AU is a bloodbath with something like 200 products
