A disastrously managed foray into GMP manufacturing without any product to produce and little/no product approval in this country - it's backs to the wall time for B1 and B2. They had no aces up their sleeve, no fallback option and EPN's a heartbeat away from liquidation.
I'm suprised they managed to get any deal, much less walk away with a tattered shirt on their backs (which is, imho, what this deal is worth), so fair dues to these 2 nincompoops.
