One thing you have to credit management with is their ability to raise capital at the very last moment so that it doesn’t look like the company is insolvent when it releases its 4C. How did they convince this “investor” to put money into a company with no pathway to profitability? Very modest discount too, so it’s not like the investor can just flip the shares in the absence of some hyped-up deal in the works.
