1. The directors put in $500k into the recent placement and most of them have significant stakes in the company.
2. If they want to raise on a rising price they would have done it when the company reached 5c. Not 3.2c.
3. The spending is part of the program outlined to increase the value of the company. The drilling was outlined in the capital raising.
