    I think this is more likely what's happened here. A few that were in on the Morgan's cap raise decided they'd take a nice little 15% profit after a few weeks and sold into some good news in hopes it wouldn't crater the share price. Volume was the third highest in one day since the beginning of the year so it's not like the bottom fell out for no reason.
