    The Transaction was conditional upon ASX confirming that ASX Listing Rules 11.1.3 did not apply to the
    Transaction and the Company obtaining shareholder approval in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 11.1.2, if
    required by ASX. ASX has determined that neither ASX Listing Rules 11.1.2 nor 11.1.3 will apply to the
    Transaction.

    That pisses me off!
