Would have liked EQR to get itself sorted , profitable, dividend paying in Australia first before risky overseas investments. The Fact that there is no shareholder approval for this transaction that involves a third player gaining 15% of EQR for $0.09 when in my minds eye we would have been well into the $0.12's in the next 6 months gets under my skin.
Oaktree is taking a substantial loss on the Spanish mine but gains 15% of EQR...
