    The deal wouldn't be available in 6 months. This was a panel process and EQR were selected by Oaktree.

    There have been months of DD done.

    Sometimes you can't pick when the opportunities arise. When you are ready it mightn't be available.

    This will strengthen the company given Cronimet and Masan/HC Starck (strategic partners) are also in Europe.

    Additionally, Oaktree taking a stake in us is hugely valuable given their global spread. They haven't just sold it and run. They have combined the two mines to make a bigger operation.
