Am I reading this correctly? We paid EUR1 to take over EUR80,000,000 worth of loans owed by Saoro to Oaktree? How is this a benefit?
Also, considering we and Kevin know much EQR is actually worth, I too feel that we gave up 15% of our company for too little… especially considering how much debt we have taken responsibility for.
