EQR can't hope to manage both with their current org structure. It'll be interesting to see how they structure up to keep their eye on the prize(s). Kev appears to be hands-on, likes to keep a close eye on things, press the flesh with his staff, but also keep a prominent profile in public. Somethings gonna have to give. Keeping him across both Operations to his satisfaction will keep him busy. Can they clone him?

Also, I like the debating from all of those who comment in this forum. Half full and empty allows us readers to have broad understanding of what we part of. Thanks for the largely constructive comments attacking it from all angles.
