4. Sorry, but I dont agree with your comment on market efficiency. Not at all. Sure it may take a little time to correct itself with thinly traded stocks but I have seen COUNTLESS stocks with great, on paper, fundamentals go no where with share price and others with seemingly no value at all, go through the roof. Fundamentals are only part of a much bigger picture. The market was warming to EQR, definitely. Time will tell if they agree with this move or not.
