You have picked up a few things I missed which indicates we had the upper hand in the deal.
1. Bought for 1 Euro 2. After putting in tens of millions. We have Oaktree coming in for $25m more (can't sell for a year). 3. They paid a premium to buy those shares. That part of the deal was probably when we were around 6c. 4. They are guaranteeing the debt for 18 months. 5. Kevin and team have been working on this all year. Saloro were producing less than 100t per month last year. They have already improved the output which gives them confidence they can increase it further.
