Ann: EQR acquires Tungsten Producer and Secures $25M Funding, page-86

I'm a bit late to the party, but broadly speaking this deal has no benefit to the share price. And that's all we're interested in. The closing price proves the market has factored everything in. I'm tipping next week we'll be back to 0.06.

The oaktree money is not free money - it is yet another massive dilution. What's more, the $25 million has already gone out of the EQR books on which the EQR share price is based.

The venture capitalist did not enter this deal because they love EQR, they see the immediate benefit of their own $25m reflected in the Spanish investment plus they have a huge bonus when they dump EQR stock in the near future. They won't care if the share sale price is only .079.

Let's hope they pump the share price to .15 first before they dump it. That's the only way we'll ever get to .15
