As Chris Brown's email from Morgan's states we got $160m of assets for about $60m plus one of the major finance players in the world on the register. That's not a dilution.
As for run & dump. They have already invested $50m to $100m. There are not going to put in another $25m and sign on for a premium of 30% just to flog the stock.
If you don't like the management decision then suggest u run and dump!
