Most on hotcopper were unsure if the debt EQR was onboarding was 35m euros or 115m euros (80m + 35m euros) or even $45m Euros. I’d guess HC EQR thread members are the most aware group of investors when it comes to EQR, not the 99.9% of the investment community that have never heard of EQR.

I think it’s going to take more than a day for the news to spread, be understood and for an investment consideration to be made and actioned.

“it is yet another massive dilution” It’s 15% dilution and at a premium. All of us have the opportunity to buy on market at less than Oaktree paid on Monday.

“What's more, the $25 million has already gone out of the EQR books on which the EQR share price is based” what?? How has it gone off EQR books? It is being put into Barruecopardo which just so happens to be EQRs new mine which would make it ON EQRs books wouldn’t it?

So Oaktree the 100% owner of Barruecopardo and also the 100% owner of the $25million AUD has decided to transfer both to EQR so they can in 12 months (after the EQR shares have exited escrow) sell the $25m of stock at a loss. And you call this a “huge bonus”?

Is this why Oaktree paid a premium for the EQR stock and wiped $135 MILLION AUD of money owed to them from Solaro as part of the transaction?
