I can't remember who, but a poster mentioned the possibilty of further value adding at Mt Carbine.
The National Reconstruction Fund (NRF) is about to start work. The 8 Board members have been selected with $15 billion in the kitty. The Chairman was interviewed on ABC radio yesterday an indicated 100% of the money was available across a range of areas. He did mention the NRF was keen on more down stream processing in the mining sector. The money will provided as loans or equity to successful applicants.
I am unable to post the interview but it is on the internet, it's worth a listen.
