I'm not shocked they didn't get much take up, share price was hovering around the offer price the entire time the SPP was in effect. This seemed like an afterthought and way to satisfy existing shareholders that they 'considered our loyal shareholders' by offering a SPP. If they offered options alongside I have no doubt they would've done substantially better.
