Plus EQR has amazing gold assets that are sitting there doing nothing as the Gold price continues to lift.

EQR should just spin them off NOW so the projects can be developed to the point they will fund part of the Tungsten project. Gold IPOS are hot, I just applied for Barton Gold and was told that max subscription was to be been hit a few days after it opened.

IMO, EQR could easily spin the gold portfolio off at IPO for $15m and still keep 30% stake and a NSR. EQR could then distrute $5m back to holders and keep the rest for the Tungsten. If the market saw the opportunity of cash back for the IPO our SP would lift and we could raise the profile of the company instead of being worth less that 3c

Come on guys.... wheres this GOLD report ? You claim there have been interested "parties".... well let them out bid each other on IPO script. A JV where some random gets access to drill for $5-10m for a huge % of the project would be doing shareholders a massive injustice IMO
