    If the parties wanted it they should have paid up by now.

    EQR could have span off the Lithium assets a few years back but got stuck in headlights and walked away from them for nothing ! GOLD is hot, IPO it off and get the project moving. We want to see more value in EQR before we get diluted again at a lower price than 3c.
