This may be very valid.
The other side of this could be G6M have an internal policy to only have off take agreements of say 70% of their expected production so that they are not caught short if issues impact production and avoid penalties for non delivery. This would also be understandable and would explain the small decrease in the number of MTUs delivered in the offtake agreement.
I agree that this is a G6M issue not a Tungsten issue. But its very easy to be biased and make assumptions which may bite you in retrospect. I only raise this as as it stands: We have an Aussie producer (very soon) that has had a cut to their demand for Tungsten concentrate.
