This is a curious announcement. There has been mention of European Raw Materials Alliance before. Since then the EU has announced their own critical metals act where they want to source a certain % of tungsten from European sources.

It says the agreement is to explore a potential participation by EQR in the European tungsten mining sector .... with access to a wide network of public and private institutions.

The only countries with mines are Portugal, Spain, UK and Austria.

This looks like an expansion opportunity.
