Is this the first time they have offered a CR amongst ordinary share holders - it is as far as i can remember. All the previous ones went exclusively to Institutional.......my point is 'Why now??'. Most likely explanation is because the institutions told them to go jump. Just like us they would be sick to death of all the lies, broken promises and forecasts that never meet with reality.
The writing is on the wall with this mob, if they cant meet profit by the next quarter they will be done or very close to. No one gives a shit about any offtake agreements when for every ton they pull out of the ground they lose money. Crominet probably cant believe their stupidity. A supplier who signs a contract to provided as much product as they can, at a loss.
