pacs partners is getting paid 6% cash on the money raised plus 28 million options at 0.06xx ex 2026 for their effort. we been informed late last month that 20 million has been raised by high net worth/sophisticated individuals and major shareholders. for that 6% spread, pacs partners CANNOT UNDERWRITE THIS AMOUNT?

for all the misgivings about eqr, the corporate finance side of the company is the most disappointing one, be it on the so called inhouse finance gurus/directors or the outsourced brokering house/underwriters. all the fund raising resulted in stale bull pricing. or even worst, under water with so much selling. i really wonder who has so many shares to sell at 3.5 cents last week. millions and millions of them. whoever selling is selling at all time low when tungsten price is at 400.

fireweed metal ( go google ) a TSX $450 million tungsten company just raised C$60 million at 1.80. ( yes C$60 million ) a few months back at 5% cost to fireweed, with no options to the broker. the price never went below 1.80 or was it artificially stuffed down before the raise. it is now at 2.1 to 2.20. fireweed is not expected to be in production until 2026/2027. so it is negative cashflow until then. in the past year it is up 76%. lets not bring up Almonty.........
