    Very disappointing result with EQR today. You have to wonder just what it is going to take to get it moving. All indicators point to it being a good business with strong profit prosects. Have spoken with a number of staff and they are all very enthusiastic about the business but the market just refuses to budge. What is it that I am missing here?
