Breakout in the charts turned out to be a false break and the selling down to 3.5 cents just prior to the capital raising announcement was clearly insiders. There is a gap to close at 2.9 cents. Hopefully this doesn’t eventuate.
Very surprised the share price is now below the SPP price which means that some shareholders are clearly fed up of the constant delays and dilution and have lost faith in the ability of the company to achieve its future goals.
No mention of director participation in the SPP. Hopefully they do end up taking up their full entitlement which would send a clear message of their believe in the company.
