That's how I read it also but there's always the possibility one of the banks decided that instead of letting EQR assume the facilities they wanted a pay out. There's plenty of lenders out there that are taking risk off the table and need liquidity, this would be a good way to pull funding without defaulting on their original facility commitment that likely didn't incorporate anything to do with a complete ownership change. Either way, who knows until the quarterly comes in but I'd expect they're in a strong cash position currently.
