Yep, sounds like it's just the bank that needs to issue a formal agreement for EQR's sub to assume the loan and we're golden. It seems they've received the, "yes, no issues here, we just need to get the paperwork signed". Not counting these eggs until they hatch though, I expect the re-rate will occur once it's all confirmed.
