    all signed and delivered. like Ted extra 5m of Oaktree money to further reduce Spanish debt, cutting interest payments. Solara recovery increased by 30%, expected to increase to 62% above previously reported. Nothing to dislike as far as I can tell. Would it be unreasonable to expect the share price to go to 9c, if the capital raising was at a discount it would certainly fall to the discount value
