When I said "mates rates" earlier, I did not mean from EQR,just we have to take whats on offer.
Dont know whether any of you follow Rick Rule. In one of his talks he mentioned that bigger investors like him always wait until projects are definitely on then wait until a cash raise comes along and then dictate the terms. In todays market, unless an asset has 3 or 4 bedrooms banks do not want to know.
Also glad to see plenty of funds devoted to drilling to find how big an asset we have for optimum plant/mine design.
