Given in the quarterly they also state "The terms of the arrangements between the Company and QIC are expected to complete in Q2 FY2025 with flow of funds to follow for our expansion and drilling plans." which indicates they will hold $5m cash in the next 2 months to trigger the first $12m tranche the 3.5 quarters of cash shouldn't be to concerning.
