Well if the measure is saving the world from a shortage and look at me we are producing more tungsten then yes 5 stars. If it's financial then it is a miss at this stage and hard to see that changing.

Rather than a stab in the dark lets stay in the real world and use the mining plan. @tinnitus likes numbers. Dec 26 is heading into year 4. So how do they increase production and make a profit. When they have to mine 50% more material to produce 25% less ore with the grade dropping buy 45%??? The drop off in grade will make it increasingly difficult to maintain recoveries let along increase them.
This years mine plan had the highest grade and lowest strip ratio and it has lost money all year. Next year the mining costs increase although with the higher recoveries Yes it looks like they will have some good months but they have to fund there capex. They might also be able to divert some cash to MC. But then the mining cost stay high and the ore drops off along with the grade.
So how does the $40+ million in debt get payed back?
