I dont think they have to report anything else as there was always a clause that they could walk away from the deal. What it more likely means is they dont need the funds that badly considering the terms of the agreement and the fact that they are getting plenty of companies coming to them with better deals.
The deal wasnt the best condiering the options that they would get as well and at the time they probably thought it was a good deal, but now a few more doors have opened up for them. They seem to know what they are doing so I will just keep watching the progress and sooner or later the market will catch up.
