Well I am not sure about that. We also heard this from Scottm when they did the $9.5 million raise month 6 months ago. I do think it safe to assume that EQR is still not cash flow positive.

He also said, if they did not do the raise then it to would further delay the expansion and underground. But that cash is gone and the project is again delayed into next year. Part of this is that crusher that was fully funded and due 2 years ago.

Bottom line, it's more debt/dilution. Scottm said when the hit 2 billion shares that that was was to many. Now only 12 months later they are blowing past 2.5 and on there way to 3 billion.
