Thats a great shopping list and I'm sure that not only are Management working frantically on all these deliverables, but a few of them must be just around the corner i.e. 1,2, 6, 7, and 11 (hopefully)

Re: 12 - its worth noting that one of the two mines does NOT include Almonty's Sandong - thats a long way off

Re: 3 - water - the old MC mine used to have a lease on right of access to water in the nearby Mitchell but unfortunately that slipped when Geoff bought the quarry. Given our strong relationship with Qld Govt, perhaps we could be either re-granted access to this water or allowed to sink a bore. Might take some time though - there is no doubt though that this issue was on the critical path a few months ago when a shortage halted production

Re: 4 - Saloro EURO debt - this was a big one that concerned many pundits. I believe they have until about May/June to get this sorted - (18 mths from the Dec Completion date). Big win if they can pull this one off

Re: 11 - Grant funding - this must surely be just around the corner. The Elmet application, based on USA domestic source, was submitted back in about Oct last year so they have been deliberating over this for about 5 months (although they have had a change in admininstration during that time)

Re: 7 - TMG acquisition - expected completion date for this one was to be mid 2025. Must be close
