as frustrating as the disconnect between the perceived value and share price EQR has not proven itself yet. Once it does the asx listening will be more than enough in my opinion. When dollars start building in the account it will no longer be ignored. A tsx listing would just be another distraction and cost for the team. I look at it as an extra period of time to grab more at lows.
