You clearly dont know much about the Accounting side of things - to have an Auditor sign off on a set of accounts with a qualification is quite common as they need to cover their butts when they are not particularly happy with the balance sheet.
Stephen Weir, the Oaktree Director, and Andrew Mooney, our new and highly regarded CFO, as well as the rest of the Board, will be fully aware of this "qualified sign-off " by the auditors and it will be very much scrutinised by the Board and our expert finance team (plus our own Auditors probably) as part of the publicly announced due diligence process
