by making thousands of posts qualifies u to be the police of ONLY good EQR news? LOL!!!! the platform has 3 usefulness. 1) drumming up support for the share prices and interest 2) share/verify information and numbers that shareholders like to find out before making informed decisions 3) calling out management that has been doing a terrible job. the management has been totally opaque on how they are going to operate TMG. the whole presentation is about how attractive the investment is. what about the money required to operate the factory and the ROI?
almonty just released a circular on the 23th dec that they raised A$5.95Million at 90 cents ( no discount to SP ) on a brokering cost of A$85,000.we are talking about a tungsten mine that is not in production yet. EQR was raised at a discount of 20% @4 cents, originally 8 million and then just managed to raise A$4.9 million at huge losses to existing investors. two things STINK.1) you dont do a raise unless you already have the ability and contacts to complete it. u do the amount you could do. 2) total silence on the placement fees and the amount of options issued to the broker. ( if it is minuted, pl share )
there is a lot of churn @ 4 cents past few days. anyone want to speculate why is that so?
can u imaging a scenario somewhere in the future that there is a EQR raise at 3 cents ( i really hope not ) and everyone @hc EQR is still praising the living daylight of EQR board and management?
