Just doing a bit more investigating the sh/show.
I see now STK markets were the lead managers of the failed ipo of TGM. So proceeded to dump it on EQR.
And now they are one of the lead managers of the recent dismal placement. Talk about 2 bites of the cherry.
This seems to be just plain shonky,
I got rid of the remaining half of my shares early yesterday, (all but 100000 shares) @ 40.
Then at the close there was another engineered bid/ask to finish @ 42 by one share.
Just doing a bit more investigating the sh/show. I see now STK...
