    Well binbin Scottm is very good at giving "possible answers" even when I am sure he know the real answer. You know like the 15% limit.

    Obviously it was not the options that were an issue EQR as they just issued more than double trance A.

    I guessing the main issue for QIC was cash flow. With the grades at MC under performing and I would bet that there forecast for Salaro was that it would have been cash flow positive after the first qty of the year. But it did not happen.
