I have been mulling over the events of last week and now I am seriously worried. The appearance of a company the physical size of EQR grovelling down the back of the sofa for $4 mill is abysmal. They could have cancelled the raise, but no they had to have 4 mill, obviously to just keep the lights on. I have looked at that video, three times, that Scott put up last week. To me Kevin appears to be uncomfortable. Too right they will have to come back for more, and the money boys will be waiting for them.
Anyway I decided to split my bet and sold half my shares on Friday and will wait before I either buy back in or sell the rest.
This had all the makings of a good company but trying to run before it can walk. Pity!
